Nestled amongst native New Zealand bush, this leaf shaped Early Learning Centre aims to foster the connection between children and the earth. The centre will operate around a Gaia (earth) focused philosophy, and the environment and building plays a vital role in ensuring this philosophy.

To ensure the design of the building reflects this philosophy, a biophilic form has been adopted, but more importantly, the building features sustainable building technology to ensure children are in a healthy environment that is connected to nature.
