Lightbulb Learning – a new early learning centre strategically sited at 3 Pacific Rise, Mt Wellington next to Hamlin Heights Regional Park, is at the forefront of a growing trend – to include a separately tenanted café alongside a childcare, creating a multi-use building that becomes a sociable community meeting place.

The building is part of a master-planned, integrated development that is focused on a quality lifestyle for residents and businesses. We have designed an innovative and sustainable building that integrates the exterior, interior and landscape features, achieving a holistic integrity.

This development – tenanted on a prominent site in an growing suburb – was developed by rrr Ltd. The building contractors were LEP Construction, a company with extensive experience in building early learning centres.
